You have 24h from the date you received your order to exchange or return. If the reason why you want to return is related with size or type of your chain or charm , we can exchange it and ship the replacement size(s) to your address. If the product is not what you expected , we gladly accepts returns within 24h of the delivery date. After we receive and approve the returned items , you will be refunded to your original form of payment. Return shipping labels has no additional cost , although customers outside the US are responsible for taxes and duties. Please note , your original shipping charges are not refundable.

1.3 WRONG SIZE:
If you received a size different from the one that you ordered , or you would like to change your chain for a smaller or bigger chain , please contact us at or fill our return form and we’ll be sure to get you the size you ordered.
1.4 COLOR CHANGES:
1.4.1 Knowing the pH of your skin can make all the difference. An acidic pH level will also be manifested through your skin, causing specific reactions with any jewelry that comes in direct contact with it. The pH levels of your skin can cause specific reactions between your skin and your chosen jewelry. Sulfur and amino acids found in perspiration will cause discolorations either on your skin (making it green) or your jewelry. If your sweat has a highly acidic characteristic, chances are, the pieces you’re wearing will tarnish.
1.4.2 If you don´t follow the care instructions carefully your jewelry will tarnish. We want our customers to be satisfied with our products so we offer 1 year warranty from the date you received your order. During these warranty periods, if a tarnish defect arises in the product we will , at Iris Jewelry’s expense , replace the product with a new product. We provide the return shipping label so the item can be returned to our office. As the final step we ask that you return the merchandise and open our SHIPPING FEE page to purchase your new shipping fee.
1.5 RETURN SHIPPING LABELS:
A return shipping label is a pre-paid, pre-addressed postage label that enables customers to return purchased goods back to us. When using return shipping labels, customers do not need to add postage although customers outside the U.S. are responsible for taxes and duties. We will be happy to exchange your product according to your preferences. We just sent you the return shipping label. You will receive an email that contains a URL to your return shipping label, which can be printed from any web browser up to 24 hours from receipt. Please be aware that your shipping label will expire after 24 hours. However, printed return labels do not expire and can be mailed at any time. If for any reason you cannot print the label in the given time , we will no longer be able to resend it and the return process will be at your own expense.
We offer 1 year warranty from the date you received your order. 1.6 BACK TO SENDER PACKAGES:
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable (please make sure you double check your address before your checkout). When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we ask that you place a new order with a credit that will eliminate the value of the returned item and place a new order for the new shipping fee. . Returned undeliverable packages are subject to our standard 1-2 business day processing time.
